Bierocks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 loaf frozen bread dough
1 small onion
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 lb. cabbage
1 Tbsp. fat
1/2 Tbsp. monosodium glutamate
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Thaw dough and let rise. Divide into 6 balls.
Simmer onion, fat and monosodium glutamate.
Add ground beef and cabbage; saute until cabbage wilts.
Roll dough into squares.
Lift meat mixture with slotted spoon and place on squares.
Fold edges of dough to cover filling.
Place on baking sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
If desired, place cheese slices on top and melt for last minute of cooking.
