Barbecue Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. boneless chuck or rump roast
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    4 onions, sliced
    1/2 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix (I use the entire pkg.)
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Trim fat off meat.
    Place in a 9 x 12-inch cake pan.
    Cover the roast with all the ingredients.
    Cover pan with foil. Bake 4 hours at 325\u00b0.
