Quick Burritos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    large flour tortillas
    chopped cooked meat (beef, chicken, pork, turkey)
    shredded cheese (Monterey Jack, mild Cheddar)
    refried pinto or black beans
    chunky salsa
Preparation
    Warm each tortilla in microwave on High about 10 seconds. Spread warm tortilla (off center) with beans.
    Top with meat and cheese and about 1 tablespoon of salsa.
    Roll tortilla and place on plate, seam side down.
    Microwave on High 25 to 30 seconds per burrito.
    Top with salsa, sour cream, chopped olives or tomatoes--whatever suits you.
    Yum yum and no pans to wash!
