Strawberry Pretzel Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/3 c. crushed pretzels
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine
1 pkg. Dream Whip (prepared as pkg. directs)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
2 c. boiling water
1 pkg. frozen strawberries (unsweetened, whole)

Preparation

Melt margarine in 9 x 13-inch pan and add crushed pretzels and sugar.
Pat in pan and bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes and cool. Combine Dream Whip, cream cheese and sugar.
Pour over pretzel mixture.
Combine strawberry Jell-O (don't add cold water), just 2 cups boiling water, frozen strawberries and let congeal slightly. Pour over cheese mixture.
Let stand until firm.
