Raisin Sour Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 saltine cracker
1 egg
1 Tbsp. butter
1/3 tsp. vinegar
1 1/2 c. raisins, washed
1 c. water
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation

Wash raisins and put in pan with 1 cup water.
Bring to boil; crumble the cracker in the sugar.
Pour into raisin mixture and simmer until thick.
After mixture has thickened, remove from heat. Gradually add egg to small amount of hot mixture.
Pour remaining ingredients into mixture.
Stir in 1/2 cup sour cream.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Cover with top crust.
Sprinkle with butter and sugar.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
