Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 medium potatoes, peeled, cooked and mashed
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    diced onion to taste
Preparation
    Wash and do not peel enough potatoes to feed your family. Slice thinly, we use slicer or cheese grater.
    Put into frypan with enough shortening to cover bottom.
    Add salt and pepper. Cook slowly until tender.
