Don'S Garlic Salad(Don'S Steak House In Wichita, Kansas) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 heads iceberg lettuce
    2 stalks celery
    4 carrots
    16 oz. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
    2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Put all vegetables through a food processor or blender with water, then towel dry.
    Combine chopped vegetables with other ingredients.
    Refrigerate.
    Let set overnight.
    This will be dry at first, but will become moist overnight from the water in the vegetables.
    Serve cold.
