Mexican Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1/4 c. water
1 pkg. flour tortillas
16 oz. salsa
8 oz. sour cream
2 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
2 c. grated Mozzarella
Preparation

Brown hamburger then drain fat. Add taco seasoning and water. Simmer for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add sour cream. Spray bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish with nonstick spray and lay a layer of tortillas on the bottom. Top with meat mixture, salsa, then cheese. You may want to make 2 layers so you end up with the cheese on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
