Corn Light Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cornmeal
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix all the above ingredients and place in greased regular size loaf pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0
    for 1 hour.
    Cool completely before removing from loaf pan.
