Carrot Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. raw carrots, grated
    3 c. cooked brown rice
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 small can tomato sauce
    3/4 c. peanut butter
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and place in sprayed casserole dish. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
