China Soy Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. Chinese five-spice
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 green onions
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. tomato paste or ketchup
    12 chicken wings
Preparation
    Chop the onions.
    Mix with the soy sauce, spice, lemon juice, honey and tomato paste in a bowl.
    Prick the chicken skin and coat with the sauce.
    Cover and leave overnight in the refrigerator. Set the oven to 425\u00b0.
    Put the coated chicken wings on a cookie sheet lined with some aluminum foil.
    Keep the extra sauce!
    Cook for about 45 minutes, turning them frequently and brushing with extra sauce.
    They should be crisp, brown and tender.
