Funnel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg
2/3 c. milk
1 1/3 c. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Fry in 375\u00b0 oil. Top with powdered sugar, cinnamon and sugar or leave plain.
