Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. pecans, chopped finely
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped finely
2 Tbsp. grated onion
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Reserve at
least
1/2 cup pecans to roll ball in.
Mix all ingredients together. Chill slightly.
Shape into ball and roll in pecans. Serve with crackers.
