Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    3/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. minced onions
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. boiling water
    3/4 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix together ground beef, ground pork, bread crumbs, parsley, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, 1/8 teaspoon pepper, Worcestershire sauce, egg, milk and onions. Mix well and make into small balls. Brown in oil. Remove meatballs from oil. Stir into fat the flour, paprika, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Stir in boiling water and sour cream gradually. Put meatballs back in sauce, heat and serve.
