Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage (mild or hot), crumbled, browned and drained
    6 slices bread, crumbled (white or wheat)
    6 eggs
    2 c. grated cheese (mild Cheddar)
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Beat eggs slightly. Add crumbled bread, browned sausage, cheese, milk and dry mustard.
    Mix together.
    Pour into ungreased glass baking dish (approximately 8 x 8-inch square or small rectangular casserole dish). Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes, no longer.
    Cut into squares and serve hot.
