Lakeville, Ct Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
1/3 c. plus 3/4 c. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/8 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
6 medium sized apples, peeled, cored and sliced
1 unbaked pie shell, chilled
1/4 c. butter
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Sift 2 tablespoons flour, 3/4 cup sugar, 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon and salt.
Stir in egg, vanilla and sour cream.
Fold in apples and spoon into pie shell.
Bake 15 minutes.
Reduce oven temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake 30 minutes more.
