Tex-Mex Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. rice
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic
2 Tbsp. oil
2 3/4 c. chicken broth
1/3 c. picante
Preparation

In large saucepan, over low heat, cook rice, onion and garlic in oil until rice is lightly browned.
Stir in hot broth and picante.
Cover and simmer until all liquid is absorbed, about 20 minutes.
