Coffee Liquor - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 qt. water
2 oz. jar instant coffee
1 qt. water
6 c. sugar
1 qt. pure grain alcohol (we use a good vodka)
2 oz. pure vanilla extract

Preparation

Boil 1 quart water and instant coffee; let cool. Boil 1 quart water and sugar; let cool.
Mix both together, then add alcohol and vanilla. Makes approximately 3 quarts. Can be used immediately.
