Cajun Chicken Nuggets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken tenderloins
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. Cajun coating/frying mix
    canola oil
    barbecue sauce
    ketchup
Preparation
    Cut chicken tenderloins into bite size pieces.
    Coat with Cajun coating mix.
    Heat canola oil (enough to almost cover chicken chunks).
    Add nuggets to oil when oil is hot.
    Brown thoroughly on both sides; check by cutting to ensure chicken is thoroughly cooked.
    Serve with barbecue sauce, ketchup or any other sauce desired.
