Easy Strawberry Preserves - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. rounded stemmed strawberries
3 c. sugar
juice of 1/2 lemon
Preparation

Mix, in a gallon size or larger pan, and heat slowly until juice is extracted.
Increase heat and boil very hard for 11 minutes, stirring constantly.
Cool and skim.
Seal in pint jars. Yields 1 1/2 pints.
