Mushrooms With Garlic Butter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cloves garlic
1 lb. mushrooms
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. olive oil
salt and pepper
2 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation

Mince the garlic.
Wash and slice mushrooms.
Melt butter and oil in large frying pan over high heat.
When the foam subsides, add mushrooms, garlic, salt and pepper.
Cook, stirring occasionally, until mushrooms are brown and tender, about 5 minutes.
Add salt and pepper if needed; sprinkle with parsley. Perfect with any meat or add to pasta or other vegetables such as green beans or peas.
