Icebox Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 c. sliced cucumbers
    1 c. bell pepper, sliced
    1 c. sliced onions
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Put first 3 ingredients in large bowl.
    Add 1 tablespoon salt. Let stand 2 hours; drain.
    Mix next 3 ingredients until sugar is dissolved and pour over vegetables.
    Put in jars and put in refrigerator for 2 hours.
    Start eating.
    Will keep indefinitely in refrigerator.
