Ham Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie crust
    1 c. half and half
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. diced ham
    1/2 c. chopped green onion
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Place pie crust in pie pan.
    Prick bottom of crust with fork. In small bowl, lightly beat eggs and half and half.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Sprinkle ham, green onions and cheese into pie crust. Pour egg mixture into pie crust until all filling is covered.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until the top is nicely browned and filling is set.
