Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pkg. hash brown potatoes
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    8 oz. American cheese, grated
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 stick butter, melted
    8 oz. sour cream or 8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
Preparation
    Stir together and put in baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
