Hearty Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter or 6 slices bacon, chopped
1 large carrot, cut up
1 small onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. flour
1 qt. milk
1 chicken bouillon cube
6 potatoes, cooked, peeled and diced
2 Tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
Preparation

Melt butter or cook bacon and saute carrot and onion until tender.
Stir in 2 tablespoons flour and blend until it bubbles, then add milk and bouillon.
Cook until slightly thickened and add 3 of the potatoes, cooked, peeled and diced.
Mash the other 3 which have been mashed.
Season with parsley, salt and seasoned salt.
