Easy Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken or 4 chicken breasts
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 (10 oz.) can chicken soup
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 to 2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. sherry
Preparation
    Cook chicken, remove from bone and cut into bite-size pieces. Saute onion in butter.
    Blend in chicken soup, milk, parsley, lemon juice and sherry.
    Heat slowly for 30 minutes.
    Fold in chicken.
    Serve with rice or noodles.
