Cottage Cheese Dill Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry yeast
3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/4 c. water
3/4 c. cottage cheese
3/4 c. sour cream
3 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. minced dry onion
2 Tbsp. whole dill weed
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water. Add egg, cottage cheese, sour cream, sugar, spices and butter. Mix well. Add dry ingredients and knead until smooth. Place in a greased bowl. Cover and let rise until double in bulk. Punch down. Place in loaf pan and let rise until doubled. Bake at 400\u00b0 (until loaf sounds hollow when tapped), approximately 25 minutes.
