Ingredients

2 graham cracker crusts
1 qt. chocolate ice cream
1 qt. coffee ice cream
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Spread half of the quart of chocolate ice cream in each of the crusts; freeze.
Spread half of the coffee ice cream on top of the chocolate layer; freeze.
Soften the vanilla ice cream; whip cinnamon into it.
Divide and spread on each pie.
Freeze.
