Eclair Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. flour
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Heat butter and water to boiling. Stir in flour all at once, over low heat.
    Beat until ball is formed.
    Beat in eggs, one at a time until smooth.
    Can be done by hand or with a mixer.
    Drop by large spoonfuls onto very lightly greased cookie sheet to form a circle.
    (I grease just a ring about 9-inch diameter.)
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 50-55 minutes (be sure it is well browned or it may flatten while cooling).
    Cool away from drafts.
    Slice off top and remove some of the thicker strings with a fork.
