Homemade Fudgy Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    1/2 c. butter
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
Preparation
    Melt chocolate and butter over very low heat until just melted.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in sugar.
    Add eggs and vanilla; mix until well blended.
    Stir together flour, baking powder and salt.
    Stir into chocolate mixture.
    Stir in nuts.
    Spread in greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Do not overbake.
    Cool and cut in squares.
    Makes 24.
