Dutch Hutspot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes, scrubbed, peeled and sliced
    3 carrots, scrubbed and sliced
    3 onions, sliced
    1/2 c. fresh herbs (parsley, dill, basil) or 1 Tbsp. dried (I use 1 tsp. of all three)
    1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Stir vegetables together and put with herbs and oil in a casserole.
    Cook in hot oven for an hour.
