Green Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. onion
5 tomatillos
5 green chilies (jalapeno)
1/2 tsp. garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
fresh cilantro
3/4 c. water
Preparation
-
Cook tomatillos, chilies and onions in water till tender. Add all other ingredients and mix in blender. Serve with chips, if desired.
