Ingredients

2 small pkg. or 1 large pkg. apricot Jell-O or any flavor
2 c. hot water
2 c. cold water
1 c. small marshmallows
2 large bananas, diced
1 c. crushed pineapple, drain and save juice
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. pineapple juice
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. Cool Whip
Preparation

Cook egg, sugar, pineapple juice, flour and butter until thick.
Then add cream cheese.
Whip until smooth.
Let cool, then fold in Cool Whip.
Spread mixture over Jell-O.
Cool.
Serve when ready.
