Easy Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hot sausage (in a plastic roll; Bob Evans or any kind that's hot and spicy)
1 pkg. lasagna noodles
1 large can or jar spaghetti sauce
about 4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation

Cook noodles; drain and rinse in cold water.
Fry sausage until done (you can add diced onion to this if you want).
Stir in spaghetti sauce.
Layer noodles, spaghetti mixture and cheese in large cake pan or lasagna pan.
Keep layering until all used.
You can also add mushrooms to sauce if you want.
Cover with foil; bake 30 to 45 minutes, until hot and cheese is melted.
