Toffee Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Parkay margarine
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    6 Hershey bars
Preparation
    Beat margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
    Blend egg and vanilla.
    Add flour; mix well.
    Spread dough into 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Place chocolate bars over hot dough; sprinkle with nuts.
    Cool; cut into bars.
    Makes approximately 3 1/2 dozen.
