Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked rice
4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. bean sprouts, drained
1 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
3 green onions
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation

Heat 1 tablespoon oil 1 to 2 minutes. Add the eggs and stir-fry until eggs are set and moist. Remove eggs.
Heat 2 tablespoons oil 1 to 2 minutes and add rice.
Stir-fry 1 to 2 minutes. Remove rice.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil 1 minute.
Add celery. Stir-fry 1 minute. Add bean sprouts and mushrooms. Stir-fry 1 minute. Stir-fry green onions and soy sauce. Return rice and egg to pan. Stir-fry 30 seconds and serve.
