Steamed Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fish (grouper), sliced and cleaned
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. parsley
    1 tsp. thyme
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Slice fish and lay in flat cooking pan.
    Place all ingredients on top of dish.
    Cover; steam for 20 minutes.
    Serve with your favorite vegetables.
