Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    4 boxes confectioners sugar
    1 cup cocoa
    1 lb. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    Nuts, optional
Preparation
    In a large saucepan melt cheese and butter.
    Sift together cocoa and sugar; add to cheese and butter and mix well.
    Add vanilla flavoring and optional nuts; mix well.
    Mixture will be thick.
    Press into dishes greased with butter.
    Let cool and cut into squares.
    This makes a very creamy fudge.
    Your friends and family will be very surprised that you made it with cheese.
