Tuna Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. milk
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    3 egg yolks, beaten
    1 (7 oz.) can tuna in oil
    3 egg whites, beaten stiffly
Preparation
    Cook bread crumbs in milk for 5 minutes.
    Add seasonings and beaten egg yolks.
    Flake tuna into crumb mixture, adding oil from can.
    Fold in beaten egg whites and tuna into 1-quart casserole. Place casserole in pan of hot water and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
