Texas Ice Cream Bars(Diet) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. low-fat ice cream
    1 c. lite Cool Whip
    1 pkg. (dry) sugar free pudding
    1/4 c. chunky peanut butter
    3 oz. Grape Nuts cereal
Preparation
    Soften ice cream.
    (I use chocolate.)
    Mix ingredients (I also use chocolate pudding) and freeze in an 8 x 8-inch glass dish. When frozen, cut into 8 equal bars.
    Wrap individually in Saran Wrap.
    Refreeze and eat as wanted.
    Makes 8 servings.
