Blueberry Kuchen - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. white sugar
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
    3 c. blueberries
    pinch of salt
    1/2 c. margarine
    dash of cinnamon
    confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Combine 1 cup flour, salt and 2 tablespoons sugar.
    Work in margarine with fingers.
    Mix in vinegar.
    Use a 9-inch loose-bottom layer-cake pan 1 1/2-inches deep.
    Spread crust mixture on bottom to depth of 1/4 inch and thinly around sides to height of 1 inch.
    Combine 1 cup granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons flour and the cinnamon.
    Add 2 cups blueberries and pour into crust.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Remove from oven and put 1 cup raw blueberries on top.
    Cool and remove rim of pan.
    Dust with confectioners sugar.
    Serves 8.
