Barbecued Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 or 4 lb.) fish
    2 Tbsp. chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1 c. tomato catsup
    1 Tbsp. fat or bacon grease
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Place fish in greased shallow pan; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Lightly brown onions in fat.
    Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 5 minutes, then pour over fish.
    Bake in hot oven (425\u00b0) for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Baste fish with sauce while cooking. Serves 6.
