Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 bar butter
    6 egg yolks
    1/2 gal. milk
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 lemon, grated peel
Preparation
    Place rice in water with 1/2 teaspoon of salt, butter and grated lemon peel.
    Stir well on low heat for about 1 minute. Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes.
    When it's dry, add 1/2 gallon of milk and stir constantly.
    When it begins to bubble, add egg yolks with sugar that have been beaten together separately. Pour into 1 large or several small dishes and sprinkle with cinnamon.
