Blueberry Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, separated
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/3 c. milk
1 1/2 c. blueberries
powdered sugar
Preparation

Beat egg whites with 1/4 cup sugar until stiff.
Set aside. Cream butter; add salt, vanilla and remaining sugar.
Add flour, baking soda and milk; mix until light and creamy.
Fold in egg whites.
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon flour over blueberries and add to mixture.
Pour into an 8 x 8-inch pan.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar while hot.
