Applesauce Cake - cooking recipe

1 (18 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix
1 2/3 c. applesauce (1 lb. 12 oz. jar)
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour Bundt pan.
Blend cake mix, applesauce and eggs until moistened. Beat as directed on package.
Reserve 1 1/2 cups batter.
Pour remaining batter into pan. Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over cake batter and top with reserved batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until it tests done.
Cool in pan for 15 minutes, then loosen and turn out onto wire rack.
