Italian Mashed Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    instant mashed potatoes (follow directions for 12 servings)
    1 egg
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    After making the instant mashed potatoes, remove from heat. Add one egg and mix, then add the cheese (you can add more if you like the pie thicker).
    Spread in a buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
