Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
4 c. fresh apples
Preparation

Cream together (mix with spoon not mixer) sugar, oil and eggs. Add to the mixture flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, vanilla, nuts and apples.
Spread dough into a lightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle 6 ounce package butterscotch chips on top of batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 50 minutes.
This is a moist cake.
