Chili For 100 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

50 lb. top hamburger
5 lb. suet
4 whole garlic
15 medium onions
2 gal. tomato puree
1 pt. chili powder
1/2 doz. cans paprika
1 can red pepper
salt to taste
15 (No. 2 1/2) cans chili beans
Preparation

Melt suet.
Add meat a little at a time; cook until done. Chop garlic and onions; add to meat and cook until done.
Add tomato puree, cook about 30 minutes.
Season with chili powder, paprika, red pepper and salt.
Cook for 1 hour.
