Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2/3 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 cut up chicken (I remove skin)

Preparation

Mix dry ingredients and coat chicken.
Place in baking pan or dish and bake at 425\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
