Chuck Wagon Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. bacon, fried lightly
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    3 Tbsp. mustard
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    1/2 c. boiled water
    1 1/2 c. ketchup
    3 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    2 (29 oz.) cans Grandma Brown beans
    1/4 to 1/2 c. honey or brown sugar
    sprinkle of garlic, salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook ground beef, onion and celery until tender.
    Drain almost all.
    Dissolve bouillon in boiled water and add honey or sugar.
    Mix rest of ingredients into a large Dutch oven or casserole dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 uncovered for 1 to 1 1/4 hours. Excellent on hot dogs, corn chips or as a side dish.
